Claudia Coulter
Actress and voice-over artist born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and grew up in England. Studied acting at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and graduated in 1999. Her first role was playing an Italian maid in Kenneth Branagh's Shackleton. She starred as the lead in the cult British action horror film The Witches Hammer, which also featured the legendary Stephanie Beacham. Has also featured in many roles in British drama and played the role of Bertha Rochester in the now classic BBC's Jane Eyre, which starred Ruth Wilson and Toby Stephens. Nominated for best female lead in the feature film Tierra Caliente by the Sydney Indie Film Festival and directed by Laura Plancarte - it is the true story of an ordinary family in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. As they go about their normal lives, they are caught in the crossfire between the Narco drug cartels and the military. Tierra Caliente was also nominated for Best Mexican Film Of The Year 2015 by the Guadalajara Film Festival (FICG31)
