Ioan Sebastian Tirlui is a Canadian actor of Jewish Romanian ancestry. He was born in Calgary, Alberta, but now lives and works in Vancouver, BC. In April of 2015, he graduated from Vancouver Film School and received his diploma in the Acting for Film and Television Program.
