Jojo Cottle was born in Chicago, Illinois and at an early age moved to Somerset, England. After being in the U.K for several years, she moved back to Chicago, where she studied at Piven Theater, and participated in numerous community theater productions in her town. Shortly thereafter, her family moved to Sedona, Arizona where she continued her passion for performing arts. She had a private acting coach and traveled often to Phoenix for auditions. For college, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion full time, attending The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, a classical training conservatory program, in Midtown Manhattan. Since graduation she has been working on different projects, including voiceover, commercial, film and print.
