Afton hails her experience in life from her upbeat and aggressive New York upbringing. She graduated from the Long Island HS of Performing Arts with high honors, and holds a BFA in Acting and Singing at Montclair State University. Shortly after College, Afton scored roles in commercials, web, film, television, and NYC theater. Amongst other training she studied method acting at the Actors Studio, NYC. More recently, Afton has taken on writing and producing, broadcasting, live streaming, and of course songwriting. Upon seeing her work, she often get's told she looks like a young Elizabeth Hurley with energy of Chloe Grace Moretz and essence of Alison Brie. Afton enjoys focusing on scripts with strong female characters supporting female empowerment. She continues working as a model actress and training. Afton truly believes in creating change and awareness through art and film, and is grateful to be bi coastal in New York and Los Angeles where anything is possible.
