Bobby Nish
Bobby was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He is the youngest of three children. He attended Lane Tech High School as well as Southern Illinois University, where he majored in Art & Design. S.I.U. is where he got his first taste of acting while taking a theatre 101 class.
After college, he spent a short time in the advertising world, but knew that wasn't his calling. So he quit his day job, started taking acting classes, and got a job bar tending nights in the trendy Lincoln Park area of Chicago. Shortly thereafter, he started booking roles in small theatre productions around the city, which eventually landed him his first theatrical agent.
Then one day his acting teacher asked if he wanted to audition for this commercial that was being cast down the hall from his acting class. Bobby agreed, and by pure luck and happenstance, he booked his first national commercial. He then started to book more commercials along with parts in some local independent films. Finally, after saving enough money, he packed up a rental truck and headed to California to pursue acting full-time and he now calls Los Angeles "home".
Bobby Nish has played various characters on episodic television, guest starring on 'Southland', 'The Mentalist', 'E.R'. 'Without A Trace', 'Judging Amy'. and most recently finished shooting on James Gray's feature film 'Ad Astra' starring Brad Pitt due out September 20th of 2019.
