Michael Del Rossa
Multivision Fx founder Michael Del Rossa, originally from Rochester, NY was fascinated by the effects in horror films at an early age and began creating his own in his early teens. After he moved to Los Angeles in 1995, Michael started his own company Multivision Fx, through which he has contributed to numerous productions such as "Spawn," "Gods and Monsters," "Bicentennial Man," "The Fallen Ones," and "Afterimage" for which he produced and directed the documentary "Portrait of Death" (The Art of Special Effects Makeup) and several more since. His credits also include such high profile films as: "The Passion of the Christ,""The Watchmen," "300," "I am Legend," "Pirates of the Caribbean," and many, more. Recently he brought his innovative and ground breaking ideas to the TV series "The Deadliest Warriors" in which he brought a whole new level to" Ballistics Science Testing Models" a high bred mix of prosthetic makeup techniques, Ballistics technology, and anatomy to create effects ballistics torsos that propelled the viewing of the series. Constantly searching for innovative and creative ideas, Michael is currently looking into directing as well, "I will always do makeup effects and looks forward to the future challenges and working with creative productions and directors.
