Jayson Aaron, born and raised in Los Angeles, garnered attention when he starred as Janelle Monáe's boyfriend in her Emotion Picture "Dirty Computer." He also starred in the the poignant short film "Gentrify Me," directed by Jon Curtiss. Aaron tells a disturbing, yet inspirational story about how he survived a gunshot wound near the heart after confronting a robber in his real life testimonial for Under Armour. A talented singer/rapper himself, Aaron can be seen in Dr. Dre's Beats spot as well as commercials for Door Dash, Smart Water, Taco Bell and Almond Joy. He is also an on-air correspondent for Sean Combs' Revolt TV.
