Jocelyn Padilla
Working actress, director, writer and creative artist. She has wanted to act since she was a toddler in diapers. She didn't know what acting was at that age. All she remembers is telling her family "I want to be in there" (in the TV screen/movie screen). She believes in divine timing and now, at the age of 25, is finally venturing into film. She studied and graduated with a B.A from Emerson College in Boston, Ma. She lived in New York for a while then finally moves back to New England, where in just under a year has done over 20 projects, ranging from feature length films to shorts to P.S.A's. It was a blessing in disguise. She is now venturing into film writing and directing in 2012 and focusing on continuing improving and challenging herself. Her first short film she wrote, entitled The Twain (2012), is now in pre-production. She believes as an actress it is important to continue working and improving as an overall artist. Her first premiere will take place in April 2012 and she is so excited. Jonah Lives (2015), a thriller movie about 6 teenagers who play with a Ouija Board and awaken a great evil is her biggest accomplishment. She is a lead and plays the conflicted heroine, Barbara. Her biggest influences are the likes of Shirley MacLaine, Marilyn Monroe, Billy Wilder, etc.
