Alissa Atanassova was born on 26th of July in Sofia, Bulgaria and lives and works in Berlin, Germany. She studied Acting for Drama Theatre in the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. After finishing her studies she played in various theaters in Sofia, including the National Theatre "Ivan Vazov" . In 2019 she has played the role of the famous Bulgarian poet Petya Dubarova in the feature film "Petya na Moyata Petya" devoted to the life of the young poet. Alissa Atanassova speaks fluent English, very good German and French, and some basic Spanish and Russian.
