Cathryn de Prume
Cathryn de Prume attended NYC's High School of the Performing Arts then began her long standing career starring opposite Melissa Leo as "Goldi Lox" in the indie thriller Deadtime Stories (1986). That was followed by a role in Five Corners, written by John Patrick Shanley, with Jodie Foster and Tim Robbins. Decades of film and television roles include recently appearing opposite Reese Witherspoon in Wild (2014) as well as sharing the screen with William H. Macy in Shameless (2011). She has played con artists, troubled mothers, and a handful of picaresque Russians. She starred for 29 episodes as "Donna Shipko", opposite Anna Gunn and Pamela Adlon, in the Fox sitcom Down the Shore (1992). She co-wrote Random Shooting in L.A. (2002). Her one-woman show, Blended Salad, about her eccentric Brooklyn family, was performed in theaters around Los Angeles. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
