Jean Carbonaro
Jean Carbonaro was born in Pieta, Malta to a Maltese, mother, Rose, a professional chef and an Italian father, Stephen, a factory supervisor. Since childhood, Jean has always had a natural attraction and love for theatre. When he was 12, he landed the principal role in the school's Pink Floyd musical. In high school, he auditioned for D.R.E.A.M.S. landing him his next lead role which would also gain him recognition in the local TV/film community.
After high school, Jean moved to London to study acting at the Actors Central Soho City Academy where he focused on the method acting technique and improvisation. After two years, Jean returned to Malta where he began his career as a professional actor playing multiple lead roles in several National Maltese TV Series and music videos. He would continue to rise and began working in film also performing more principal parts. Some of his most notable performances include the role of Eric Draven in the fan film, "Crow," Agostino in the TV Series, "L-Gharusa" and Karl in the award-winning short film, "Hostage".
In the past few years, Jean also has spent his time training to be a stuntman at the British Action Academy and the Take 3 Action Academy which has aided him in working as a professional stuntman on feature films including The Last Planet and Jurassic World Dominion.
Today, Jean is looking forward to working on his next principal role in a TV series or feature film!
