Mike Spara
Mike Spara is an Irish Lebanese American actor, writer and music maker.
He lives, writes, and performs in New York City. He's managed by Lorna Rainey (TTE), repped by Will Ball (VIE Talent Agency) and Mike Milmore (Atlas Talent). He has an MFA in Acting (The New School NYC) & an MA in English (Middlebury College).
He's been nominated and awarded for work on stage and film in Washington, DC, New Orleans and New York.
His sketch group Stupid Time Machine was featured on Funny Or Die's Community Channel and in Time Out NYC, the Chicago Tribune and The Wall Street Journal. Mike performed with them and in his solo show for festival audiences at SF Sketchfest, Del Close Marathon, Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival, Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, 2nd Best Comedy Fest and Charleston Comedy Fest, among others.
Mike's also been improvising for two decades, with residencies in DC, New Orleans and NYC. He's even taught cadets, students and staff at West Point, Yale University and performers of all ages in workshops around the country.
